I spent a couple of hours coloring my friend's dragon tattoo on his arm last night. I didn't actually tattoo him, I just used some Prismacolor markers (expensive but great). He got a role in an independent film being shot in Atlanta and they wanted to see what his tattoo would look like colored in for the part. So, I was more than happy to help.
I didn't do the original tattoo and I believe that this is a different take on the coloring than the artist originally intended. It was my first time really doing this sort of thing (working on skin and all), but it was a lot of fun. I don't think the results are too bad so far after a couple of hours. Hopefully, the people on set will like it.
Thanks for checking it out! Yeah, it's going to be a long, painful process when he gets the color filled in for real. I think I may be too big of a wimp for that much pain! My total # of tattoos = zero.

Nearly all of us, if not every single one of us, have come across a deviation that just has a disappointing '...'. Conversely, some of us have even come across a massive wall of text.
Whether we are the people who ask ourselves, "Is that it?", or whether we are the people who ask ourselves, "What can I say?", this guide will hopefully provide you with some insight in how to go about writing a good description for your deviations, a.k.a. your Artist's (or Author's) Comments.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
